Having over 30 years domestic and international experience in Australia, Africa and Asia, Harsha provides strong leadership and technical guidance to the team.
Pellegrene Consulting Engineers has been founded by current serving director Harsha in 2008 through his drive and passion for the built environment.
Harsha is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland with Masters in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering from Griffith University, Queensland. His unergraduate degree is in Civil Engineering.
His areas of expertise include Structural, Geotechnical, Civil as well as Forensic Engineering, Research and Development.
With extensive experience working in senior engineering roles in project management, site management and construction management, Harsha brings a solid knowledge base with high level of professional approach to all projects.
Over the years, he has worked on several multimillion-dollar projects ranging from national infrastructure projects, designing and managing road and bridge projects, dams, multi storey buildings, including skyscrapers, large scale residential and commercial developments, including subdivisions.
Harsha's interdisciplinary experience extends to construction. His commercial construction experience includes site and contract management of large commercial developemnts such as institutional buildings, bridges, roads and residential housing just to name a few.
He holds current Queensland Builder's and Supervisor's licenses.
Harsha has also taken part in a number of industrial and mining projects being able to gain experience in configuring factory machinery, silos, weigh bridges, conveyor belts just to name a few.
During his senior appointments he has gained invaluable experience managing and championing work health and safety aspects. He continues to dedicate a large portion of his management efforts to optimise safe working environment in the company and all the jobs we do undertake.
In his leisure time, Harsha enjoys the great outdoors, spending time with his family and playing tennis.
